General Terms and Conditions

Visualization Services – Cube Beton


These terms apply to all orders of digital images requested by  you (“Client”) from Cube Beton. By confirming an order, the Client agrees to these conditions, which govern the commercial relationship, services provided, and final deliverables.


1. Definitions:


Project: Development and delivery of images according to the agreed scope and timeline.


Order: Document outlining the timeline, deliverables, and associated fees.


Rendering: Final digital image delivered. Does not include working files or intermediary assets.


Asset: Digital resources used in development (3D models, textures, stock images, etc.).


Working files: Internal project files created during the process, owned by Cube Beton.


Timeline: Agreed dates for project start, delivery, and reviews.


Confidential information: Any data marked or understood as confidential.


Starter package: Materials and references provided by the Client to initiate the project.


2. Scope of Service:


The workflow is divided into four phases:


Phase 1:  3D modeling of the space, camera framing and composition.

Phase 2:  Application of materials, furniture setup, lighting, and style definition.

Phase 3:  Addition of decorative and ambient elements.

Phase 4:  High-resolution rendering, post-production, and final delivery.


3. Changes, Timeline Adjustments, and Cancellations:


Any modifications after approval may involve additional costs and an updated timeline. The Client must inform Cube Beton of significant changes as early as possible.


If the project is paused for more than 5 days without prior notice, the timeline will be adjusted and may incur rescheduling or resource-related fees.


Two (2) rounds of revisions are included per phase during Phases 1, 2, and 3.

No changes are allowed once the final rendering (Phase 4) has begun.Any requests beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately.


In the event of cancellation by the Client, a compensation fee will apply based on the progress made at the time of cancellation.

Cancellation fees (based on project phase):


Phase 1: 50% of total cost


Phase 2: 70% of total cost


Phase 3: 80% of total cost


Phase 4: 100% of total cost


If Cube Beton cancels the project without breach from the Client, any amount paid will be refunded.


4. Project Completion:


The Client has 3 business days after final delivery to request corrections. If no feedback is received within that period, the delivery is considered accepted and the project will be closed.


5. Delivery Format:


Final renderings are delivered digitally via download link unless otherwise agreed.

Standard format: JPG – Resolution and dimensions defined with the Client.


Editable files (such as .psd or 3D models) are not included unless previously agreed. Late requests for alternative versions are treated as scope changes.


6. Payment Terms:


An advance payment may be required to begin the project. Invoices must be paid within 15 days of issue.

Accepted currencies: EUR, USD, or ARS via bank transfer.


Cube Beton reserves the right to suspend services and pursue legal collection in case of non-payment.


7. Intellectual Property:


Client rights: Any materials provided by the Client remain their property.


Cube Beton rights: All content created during the project is the intellectual property of Cube Beton.


The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the final renderings. Modifications require written authorization.


8. Promotion:


Cube Beton reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, or promotional content, unless confidentiality is requested in writing prior to final delivery.


9. Confidentiality:


All shared information will be treated as confidential (Law No. 24.766).

Files are stored for 30 days after final delivery. Later requests will be considered a new project.


10. Confirmation:


Accepting a quote implies agreement with these terms.

To start a project, written confirmation and the initial payment are required.
